Miss Adanma Pageant is a beauty ball, unique not simply by name, vision and objectives but also by its production and fascinating portrayal of culture. Miss Adanma Pageant is about beauty and aptitude, empowerment, self-expression, confidence and public speaking designed to improve personal style and philosophy.
A beautiful face and well-structured body may be visually attractive, but without a well composed personality, there is nothing admirable about such beauty. Miss Adanma Pageant offers the platform to create constructive and progressive role models.
An African Heritage
“Adanma” implies beauty, a word taken from the South Eastern Nigerian language known as Igbo. Igbo is a dialect spoken by over 55 million people, worldwide.
The UK is home to a multitude of young ladies with Nigerian and African heritage. The ball, which we hope will become an annual event, aims to showcase the stunning, unique and alluring beauty of young women who are blessed with having a rich Igbo and African ancestry.
There is no greater joy than that which promotes and celebrates one’s Heritage and Culture.
