Dance School

The ICSN Igbo Dance School is an 6-week dance course for all dance levels and ability, it is an excellent way to keep fit and be healthy in a fun, expressive and interactive environment. IMG_0002The school was founded by long-term member and former Cultural Executive Kaosochi Ezigboh and commenced on August of 2012. Since then, ICSN Igbo Dance School has transformed into a vivid expression of artistic display, which reflects the beauty of the Igbo culture and heritage through dance.IMG_0220Now in 2016 we have entered a new era and our Dance school is now led by Ishioma Stacey Ishiekwene who is also one of our Social Executives this year. Ishioma has been one of the original members of the dance troupe. She will take you each week on a energetic, stimulating and invigorating dance journey, through the various different cultural dances from across Igbo land.IMG_0704The Igbo influenced afro-aerobics dances , has been careful designed to ensure they stretch, work out and tone your muscular core, and enhance your general fitness and stamina!IMG_0571Absoultely everyone is welcome men and women alike to this fun, energetic, and rythemtic dance course.
